Japniwaz Kaur: That’s insightful, sir. A lot of insurance agencies feel they’re doing just fine, until something breaks. From your experience, what are the most common mistakes you see agencies making?

Pushpendra Singh Rathore: The biggest mistake is assuming that what worked before will keep working. Many agencies grow fast but never redesign their internal processes. So, they end up with manual work, duplicate data, and disconnected communication loops. The system becomes too dependent on people instead of processes, and that’s where things start to slip.

Japniwaz Kaur: That’s true. You’ve often said automation alone can’t fix a broken system. Can you expand on that?

Pushpendra Singh Rathore: Absolutely. Automation is a multiplier, it amplifies whatever exists. If your system is messy, automation will only make that chaos faster.
